1.Are you a non-profit?
Vending Outreach Inc. is a non-profit corporation designated by the Internal Revenue Service, (IRS), as a 501(c)3 Public Charity.

2. How long have you been a charity?
Vending Outreach Inc. applied for charity status on November 6, 2008 and after an in depth investigation into our mission, board members, and legal status by the IRS, they decided that our organization was worthy of being a 501(c)3 public charity and granted us that status on September 15, 2009.

3.Are my donations tax deductible?
Yes, your donations are tax deductible and each donor is provided with a donation receipt for their taxes.

4. Does my donation go to other charities?
No, your donation does not go to other charities. Your donation directly helps those that need us. We provide our services to the local communities through the recommendations of those who help us.

5. Who benefits from my donation?
We believe in helping anyone that needs us. However; the mission of Vending Outreach Inc. is to reach out to the woman and children who have been burdened with an unfortunate event and are dealing with a tragedy, an illness, or a hardship, and need a helping hand. Vending Outreach Inc. is a big supporter of our military and their families and will always consider thier tragedies and hardships first.

6.How do they benefit from my donations?
Many great organizations are designed to help only with specific illnesses and tragedies, and they do a tremendous job, however; sometimes they fall short in helping a family with other problems caused by these illnesses and tragedies. This is where we help.

7. Why are you called Vending Outreach Inc.?
Our organizers chose that name to help bring awareness to the people and businesses in communities throughout the United States on the important role vendors play in helping many great causes.
Many organizations use vendors to raise millions of dollars in funds yet never give them credit for the enormous help they have been giving. Vending Outreach Inc. was created to change that and to give the vendors the recognition they deserve.

8. I'm a vendor, how can I help?
There are many ways a vendor can help. You can help by donating vending machines or joining our network of other vendors by participating in our Outreach Label Project.
The donation of vending machines allows us to build routes that are used to help put families to work during hard economic times and our label project helps us build a network of vendors designed to reach out and help the those who need us in local communities.

9. How does your label project work?
Many businesses will only accept vending machines that support a certain charitable cause. Our Outreach Label Project addresses that by giving vendors the opportunity to support the cause of their choice and a cause that will appeal to their local community. This support by the vendor is displayed on their vending machine by using a label designed and made by us.. As a vendor you agree to pay Vending Outreach Inc. a monthly royalty fee for each label you display on each of your vending machines. These royalties can be prepaid for one year or can be paid monthly.

10. Why should I choose Vending Outreach Inc's Label Project over other charity label programs?
Vending Outreach Inc. was created to be the vendors charity and was designed to give vendors an opportunity to help with the needs in their own community and to also give them the recognition for doing so. Vending Outreach Inc. is the only charity that is genuinely concerned with the success of vendors and the interest of helping out their communities. We offer vendors more flexibility, more support, and the opportunity to prove to their community that their charity vending machines really do help with those in need.

11.How can you possibly help so many different causes?
Not all help has to be big and expensive with a lot of glory. Sometimes the simplest gesture can bring the largest comfort. There are so many ways to participate in the fight to stop a disease or to help in the comforting of some child that is ill. A sandwich can feed the hungry. A blanket can warm the homeless. I'm sure you can think of hundreds of ways you have made a difference in in someone's life and by being part of our network of vendors you can continue to make a difference, no matter how small or big.

12. How do I know my donation is helping those I'm supporting?
Most of the people we help don't want to have their names publicized because of privacy reasons and sometimes they are embarrassed they need help, however; the best way to assure that your donation is doing what you want it to do is to be an active participant in our programs. Many of our vendors request our help for local support and unlike other charities, you also can participate in our selection process.

13. How do you select the people to help?
Most of our selections come from the recommendations of vendors that are participating in our Outreach Label Project.
Vending Outreach Inc. was designed to help those in need that live in the same communities as the vendors and businesses that are participating in our Label Outreach Project. Vendors who choose to participate first send us an application and then it is sent to our board members for review. Many variables are considered when a decision is being made on who to help and on how much to help them. Vendor participation and applicant needs are the biggest considerations. Once a decision is made all of the participants will be notified of the outcome. Our goal is to help everyone we can and it usually is not a matter of will we help it is usually a matter of how much we can help.

14.I want to participate in your Outreach Label Project, can I make monthly payments?
Yes, we do accept monthly payments but they must be arranged with our office. However; if you want to prepay, you can easily make your label selection and payment online.

15.Do you accept credit cards or checks?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We also use Paypal if you choose. Checks are acceptable also, but you will experience a delay in the shipment of your labels because of the time needed for the funds to clear.

16.Do you offer a discount on the royalty fees for large orders?
For very large orders we will discount the royalty fees as long as you agree to help us in other ways like recommending our charity to other vendors or helping us get the word out on our organization.

17. How long does it take to get our Outreach Label Package?
Once all royalty fee funds have cleared we immediately process and ship. Normally it will take less than four days from the time we ship to the time you receive your package. If you want your labels faster you can request next day delivery.

18. What is in your Outreach Label Package?
You will receive the vendor introduction package.
Full color vinyl labels with a special waterproof coating.
A charity verification and thank you letter for your locations.
A Vendor ID Badge with ID number and Photo area.
Vending Outreach Inc. full color brochures.
A Professional location placement script.
